Insights offers all our students the opportunities to consider their futures and vocational pathways. We deliver a programme that includes regular career guidance, work experience, careers days, college tasters and college programmes that include Performing Arts, Music, Art, Hairdressing, Construction, Animal Care and Horticulture. Students also have the opportunities to visit organisations, meet employers, and seek future employment.
Our programmes help our students to develop their confidence and self-belief to make the transition into their next steps. We also encourage some students to stay in our post 16 provision so that they can make a gradual transition. Insights delivers the stepping stones to adult life.
