A free suicide-prevention app helping users stay safe from acting on thoughts of suicide. Includes a personal LifePlan, grounding exercises, and quick-access crisis resources.
Self-help Anxiety Management
Manage anxiety with tracking, breathing exercises and a CBT-based toolkit. Useful while waiting for further support or alongside existing coping skills.

An NHS mood-tracking diary. Helpful for noticing what influences low mood and finding simple ways to lift it.
