From our Executive Director

Welcome.

I am pleased to welcome you to Insights and to share with you our new vision for the school as well as the opportunities and facilities we offer.

We believe that every child and young person has a unique talent and can experience success within our safe, inclusive and interactive learning environment.

Our vision is for everyone to have a curiosity and passion for learning within a high quality, caring, inclusive school built on Christian values of tolerance, acceptance and respect for others.

We are expanding the opportunities available to our students through the development of our E.A.C.H (Education Access Community Hub) programme which enables students to access learning seven days a week at varying times during the day, based on their personalised curriculum and individual timetables.

“Every child and young person has a unique talent — and can experience success within our safe, inclusive and interactive learning environment.”

Our new site, Albert Hall, offers a range of creative and performing arts, Esports and immersive learning opportunities.

We provide support for our students’ social, emotional and physical well-being to enable them to be confident, enthusiastic and motivated to learn. The opportunities we provide are relevant to their needs both now and for the future.

The safeguarding and protection of our children and young people, and promoting their well-being, is integral to our practice. Our school’s ethos, values and beliefs place the well-being of our students at the forefront of all we do.

We are very fortunate to have such a dedicated team of teachers, teaching assistants, therapists and other specialist staff who strive to ensure that every child and young person is equipped with the skills they need to continue on their future learning journey. We work with the local community and parents and carers, and very much value the support and contribution they make to school life.

Our HOPE service (Hands On Parent Empowerment) provides information, advice, practical support and family activities to enable parents and carers to be involved in their children’s education and development.

Insights staff, no matter what their role, will do their very best to promote positive experiences for your child and work hard to make our school a happy community where people are helpful, considerate and respectful of each other.

We hope that as you go through our website and the prospectus you will gain an understanding of the ethos, facilities and opportunities for learning at Insights. If you would like additional information, please contact us.
